Placing an order

When you have placed your order will send you confirmation of your order either by e-mail. If there are any problems with the order then we will advise you as soon as possible.

Delivering an order

All of our goods are delivered by Royal Mail. Deliveries within the UK will normally be made within five to seven working days. International Airmail deliveries may take up to 14 days.

Promotional Offers

Special promotions cannot be used together within the same sale.

Returns Policy

If you cancel before the delivery of any goods your money will be refunded and no items will be delivered. If you return the goods to us within 14 days from the date they have been delivered to you with the original invoice/receipt and they are not damaged in any way we will give you a full refund. You will be responsible for the delivery of the goods. The refund will be in the form of the original method of payment.

This is not what I ordered

If the items you ordered are faulty or are different from items you ordered please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original packaging, and return to us with any receipts and associated accessories. In these circumstances we will pay for the reasonable delivery of the goods.

Unavailable Products

If a product is unavailable, reserves the right to offer you an alternative similar in price and quality. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will not be liable for the failure to deliver the goods in question.
Ordering online operates a secure online system where you can order anytime day or night. All payments are made securely through PayPal one of the worlds most trusted and fastest ways to pay over the internet.

Personalized Orders

Personalized orders can take up to 21 working days, as they are made to order and to your specifications.
If you are ordering personalized stationery, a free proof will be sent to you for your approval. Please check all the details thoroughly, particularly the spelling of names and the dates, then sign and return the proof post to the address indicated on the proof.
Proofs may be subject to a delivery charge.



Delivery Information

First Class Recorded Delivery and Airmail. You will be charged for delivery. The estimated delivery time will be dependent on the geographical location of your delivery address. You will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched with an estimated time of arrival.

Delivery Rates & Policies can dispatch items to virtually any address in the world. However, customs laws prevent us from shipping certain products to certain geographical locations.

Estimated dispatch dates are based on your destination address and how quickly we can obtain items for dispatch.

Dispatched Items

If your order has been dispatched and the estimated delivery date has passed, we recommend that you ask your local postal sorting office if they've already tried to deliver it, or ask your neighbour if the package has been left with them.
You should also check that the delivery address you gave us is correct.

There's a Problem with a Delivery I've Received

My Order is Damaged

Faulty or Damaged items: if you take delivery of a Pink Proposal package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt for exchange.
I ordered the wrong thing and want to return it

If you return Goods to us within 14 days from the purchase date of such Goods in perfect condition and, with the original packaging and original invoice/receipt, then we will give you a full refund. The refund will be in the form of the original method of payment. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the Goods to us.
